Refund policy
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wild-iris.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Wild Iris, 33 North Road, Brighton. BN1 1YB
If you changed your mind, the product has to be in its original manufacturer's packaging (and that includes celophane being intact and not tempered with) Please send it back within 28 days of purchase. We will issue a refund after we have inspected and accepted the item. Items damaged while on their way back to us will not be refunded, please pack items well.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
