Established in 1996 in Grasse—the revered heartland of perfumery—M. Micallef is the brainchild of Martine Micallef and Geoffrey Nejman. Martine, an artist with an innate flair for design, envisioned perfume bottles as canvases, transforming them into hand-decorated masterpieces adorned with crystals and intricate details. Geoffrey, with his background in finance and a newfound passion for scents, collaborated with renowned perfumer Jean-Claude Astier to compose fragrances that resonate with depth and emotion.
Their combined vision introduced the world to a harmonious blend of French elegance and oriental opulence. Notably, M. Micallef was among the pioneers in incorporating oud—a precious resinous wood cherished in the Middle East—into Western perfumery, bridging cultures through scent.
